Description

Hillside Manor Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance Assistant.

Duties:

* Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner

* Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair

* Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements

* Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas

* Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements: Must know electrical, plumbing, appliances, energetic, and self-motivated.

Must meet the following qualifications:

* At least 12 months of onsite experience

* Possess valid Identification

* A/C certification - HVAC is preferred

Requirements

Specific Requirements: HVAC certified is preferred and good in electrical and plumbing.

Specific Requirements: Looking for an experience maintenance technician with HVAV and CPO certification.
