This position will be involved with all phases of building/facility maintenance and preventative measures.Our company offers great benefits, including:

Responsibilities:
- Replacement of interior and exterior light fixtures including light bulbs, tubes, ballasts and switches.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs as they occur.
- Scheduled building maintenance (ie. HVAC filter replacement; inspection of electrical components, circuit breakers, etc.).
- Use a variety of tools and techniques to complete specific tasks and maintenance.
- Use of hand and power tools to complete tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
- Good technical skills and ability to follow instruction.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- Travel between dealership locations will be required.
- Valid driver's license.
