Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: 1147 N Washington Greenfield, OH 45123

Duration: 2 Month (Contract to hire)

Shift: M-F 7am - 3:30pm Flexible

Responsibilities

Everything is a work order system. They will have work orders in the system to tell them what to do. Preventative maintenance on Rooftop units/HVAC, air compressors, doing fire extinguisher inspections, basic maintenance of the building but do need a higher level of experience.

Air conditioning and ventilation, needs to understand mechanics. Doc maintenance such as levels, restraints, overheads. Fire life safety systems, preventative, fire pumps, wet sprinklers, valves

HVAC equipment experience from preventative maintenance to troubleshooting to repairs

Qualification

5 years preferred, 2-3 required

Level of Education: High School Diploma or GED

Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office

Certifications/Licenses: Not required, but nice to have: CFC universal certification

Must Have

1. Must have a mechanical background and be able to troubleshoot

2. Independently motivated, initiative, self-supervised, need to be able to trust this person

3. Communication skills between client and manager, need to be responsive with any issues
