Maintenance Technician - Genuine Search Group : Job Details

Our client, a property management firm, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team at a three different residential buildings around PA. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensure the building operates smoothly, and provide exceptional service to residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep.
• Address resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with property management on larger projects and renovations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential maintenance or a related field.

Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of building systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work on-call as needed (weekends included)
