General Building Maintenance Worker needed in Aurora, MN! We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Building Maintenance Worker to work on a temporary project with our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, to ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities: -Perform basic repairs and upkeep, including light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general grounds work. -Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise. -Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of common areas and equipment. -Assist with painting, minor construction, and other general repairs. -Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance schedules. -Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes. Pay rate - $20-22 per hour.
