Role and Responsibilities
- Perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks
- Repair general service production equipment
- Follow PM plan to maintain new equipment according to manufacturer's recommendations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failure/issues
- Document detailed repair reports and records activities in the work order system
- Collect and assist with documentation of repair details, as directed by management, and for preparing and setting up for production after repair
- Manage tasking and lower level technicians
- Maintain shop cleanliness
- Accountable for professional interactions with all employees, including co-workers, team leads, supervisors, managers, and administration
- Responsible for safety as it pertains to daily tasks; PPE, GMPs, Etc
- Perform any and all other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent field, or minimum of 1 year of related experience with technical degree or certificate
- Ability to utilize illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operation manuals in the repair, modification and maintenance of equipment

- Ability to follow written and oral instruction
- Ability to analyze and correct mechanical and minor electrical issues associated with general production equipment
- Ability to arc weld/MIG weld
- Ability to utilize precision measurement equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical failures/issues
- Ability to lift sixty pounds
- Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, moisture and dirty environments
