Maintenance Technician - Harvard Maintenance : Job Details

Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for emergency maintenance service as scheduled. Maintenance to include changing lights bulbs, light plumbing, etc. Complete work assignments in a timely manner. Trash pickup outside of building and parking lot. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment on property, if assigned. Use and maintain equipment properly. Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned. Ability to work without normal supervision Reports safety hazards as appropriate Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees Knowledge and Skill Requirements High School Diploma Minimum of (1) year commercial related experience.
