Maintenance Technician - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting production activities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Prineville, OR

Pay Range: $32 per hour

What's the Job?

• Provide support for production operations and lead complex maintenance activities.
• Mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and improve the maintenance department's capabilities.
• Utilize hand and power tools for maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

What's Needed?

• 2 years of technical training or 5+ years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical devices, electrical controls, and electronics.
• Basic PLC coding and programming knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights over 30 ft.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
