Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

• Performs routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum one year prior maintenance experience. Must be able to do wall repairs and painting
• Maryland Driver's license preferred
• On call rotation (weekends included in on call rotation) Every 5 to 6 weeks when fully staffed. Must be available for unexpected emergenices
• Holiday rotation (at least one holiday per year)

Position is on the evening shift but training is on the day shift (up to a month)
