Maintenance Technician - Renewable Energy Manufacturer : Job Details

Maintenance Technician FULL-TIME $35/hr-Responsible for overseeing Plastic Injection Mold changes, machine startups, setups, and shutdowns of Plastic Injection Molding Machinery; working with multi-phase Plastic Injection Molds weighing 10,000 - 20,000 pounds in conjunction with robotics, resins and production industrial machinery in a multi-faceted production environment. -Troubleshoots processes to ensure optimal machine performance and maintain part quality. -Strong time management, prioritization, and communication skills are essential. -Set up molding machine parameters for quality production. -Troubleshoot and adjust processes on injection molding machines. -Conduct efficient mold changes, including robot setup. -Ensure machines run efficiently and produce standard-compliant parts. -Train operators on production and part quality monitoring. -Perform basic machine maintenance and replace mold components. -Operate forklifts and cranes to move molds. -Engage in root cause problem-solving and support production as needed. -Adhere to safety and quality standards and perform additional assigned duties. Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Degree: HS Diploma / Technical School preferred Major: Basic Mechanics Years of Experience: 5+ years Technical Skills: Use of hand tools, Troubleshooting on mechanical equipment, knowledge of hydraulic systems, working knowledge of PLC, AC and DC inverters as well as programmable controllers. Able to read of schematics and blueprints. Strong knowledge of electrical distribution and control systems. Electrical wiring to include motor wiring, motor control wiring, 120, 220, 480 service connects, system electrical connections and controls. Must be able to run conduit and wiring, air lines, hydraulic lines, align level and anchor machinery.
