POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Maintenance Technician at Pristine Properties Vacation Rentals, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of vacation rental properties in the beautiful Port St. Joe area. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Your expertise in a wide range of repair and installation tasks will be crucial in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites each day.
• Respond to guest issue regarding maintenance, as needed including but not limited to:
  • Appliance repair and installation
  • Basic HVAC repair
  • Plumbing
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
• Paint, clean, and troubleshoot repairs inside homes.
• Drywall, and basic carpentry skills.
• Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management team and assist the team when necessary.
• Assist with ground maintenance and upkeep.
• Handle on-call responsibilities for after hour's emergencies on a rotating basis
• Ensure follow through on assigned maintenance tasks using in-house assignment system and respond to time-sensitive maintenance needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Previous experience with broad range of home repairs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $15 - $25

Schedule: Available: 8am-6pm, Sunday-Saturday (Shifts will be 8 hours and be scheduled 5 days a week)
