Maintenance Technician - Willcox Matthews : Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining and all production machinery.
• Responsible for preventative and emergency maintenance, as well as various project-based work (relocating equipment etc.)
• Understand and align with company values and mission: serious work ethic, ownership/ responsibility, achievement/ results oriented, a commitment to quality/ continuous improvement, honest, credible, open, straightforward communication and an interest and/or positive predisposition to the motorcycle field.

About You:

• A reliable leader and self-starter who can work well independently.
• A problem solver and creative troubleshooter who thrives on multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, will get the job done and who is willing and ready to work overtime as required.
• The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and some trade school experience (electrical, HVAC or maintenance).
• 5+ years' experience working on equipment operations with an emphasis on good electrical experience and experience working with PLC controls.
• Able to pass an electrical schematic diagram test. Working knowledge of hydraulics and Pneumatics is a big plus.
