Maintenance Technician - Sutter Health : Job Details

Performs preventive maintenance as scheduled, maintaining the predetermined completion ratio. Maintains mechanical spaces, as needed to ensure cosmetic appearance. Completes basic preventative maintenance, cleaning and general replacement of parts not requiring certification or advanced training. Job Description:EDUCATION:HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:DL-Valid Drivers License Class C Upon Hire. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Knowledge of all building components (i.e., boilers, fuels, piping systems, roof building structures, air conditioning systems, grounds etc.)Able to read, write, and speak the English Language.
