Job DetailsWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Waxahachie, TX. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruptions and improve efficiency.Qualifications:Experience in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical repair.Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems is a plus.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Interested in hearing more?
