The Building Maintenance Technician typical job functions include:

• Performing all aspects of carpentry throughout the resort
• Being able to climb and work from scaffolding and/or high ladders
• Using power tools proficiently
• Repairing doors, windows, furniture and other assigned tasks

This position may be for you if:

• You have achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• You have 2-5 years of carpentry experience in rough and finish construction; be willing to provide own tools
• You possess knowledge of all shop and hand tools is required
• You have Hi-Low or lift license preferred or training provided
• You possess a valid driver's license
