Maintenance Technician - Night Shift - Dairy Farmers of America : Job Details

- Provide complete electrical and mechanical maintenance support to a high-speed glass canning facility that produces shelf-stable low-acid, and acidified foods, ensuring that processing, filling, sterilizing, and packaging equipment are maintained properly and kept operationally optimum.- Execute repair work orders and requests in a timely manner to ensure production needs are met.- Perform the above tasks in a safe manner following safety and environmental regulations.- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.- Provide immediate assistance to downtime situations.- Trouble-shoot equipment malfunctions and make repairs accordingly.- Aid with installation and set-up of new equipment Assist operators with setup and changeover issues as necessary.- Perform work as scheduled on plant project lists and work order items.- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.- Provide immediate assistance to downtime situationsShift Schedule- 5pm - 5am Rotating Shift / 12 Hours High School Diploma or GEDMaintenance Knowledge of High Speed Manufacturing Equipment An Equal Opportunity Employer
