Reporting directly to the Maintenance Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of production and facility equipment through troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.Safety & Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, contributing to a drug-free workplace environment. Uphold our commitment to quality by preventing defective outputs, ensuring customer satisfaction.Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Install, troubleshoot, and repair production machines and facility equipment. Conduct emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs during production cycles. Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to maintain optimal equipment performance.Documentation & Reporting: Interpret equipment manuals and work orders to execute maintenance tasks accurately. Diagnose issues, replace, or repair parts, and conduct necessary testing and adjustments. Report faulty operations or defective materials to the appropriate authorities.Facility Management: Execute regular preventive maintenance procedures on machinery and facilities. Undertake plumbing maintenance and carpentry tasks as needed to ensure facility functionality. Maintain clean and orderly work areas, adhering to safety regulations and standards.Meetings & Continuous Improvement: Participate in FMDS meetings, contributing insights to maintenance-related discussions. Stay informed about maintenance KPIs and execute assigned countermeasures to drive continuous improvement.Requirements: High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience. 2+ of industrial maintenance experience, with strong skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and some PLC experience.Preferred Aspects Mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or Journeyman Certification.Technical Skills: Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems. Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/move parts and equipment up to 50 lbs. Regular standing, walking, and reaching, with frequent manual dexterity.
