• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to repair requests, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols and company standards.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate effectively with team members to coordinate repairs.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

Who We're Looking For:We're seeking a skilled technician who takes pride in keeping equipment running smoothly.Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (an associate's degree in a related field is a plus).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; welding experience is a plus!
• A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
