Maintenance Trainee Apprentice - Post Holdings : Job Details

This person will work with skilled maintenance staff to gain on-the-job training to perform the job. The person will participate in our internal online continuing education program. This position is responsible for completion of all PM Work, all mechanical Repair on plant equipment as well as minor electrical repairs as needed. Responsible to fix and work on all mechanical and equipment issues, minor electrical repairs as needed and work with power tools and be able to use them correctly. Knows and understands the function and construction of equipment and machines foundation and how they should operate. Applies their lockout training on daily basis if machines need to be shut down and communicates effectively with supervisors and employees.
