Key Responsibilities:

Develop, coordinate, and administer evaluations for training programs for both new and existing employees.

Ensure all training programs prioritize bakery priorities, including safety, food safety, and quality.

Monitor the training environment for new methods and tools to enhance the training program.

Stay updated on changes to subject matter to keep training materials current.

Develop, maintain, and implement a training schedule in collaboration with Maintenance Management.

Conduct ongoing training in maintenance, administration, and other related topics.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required training documentation, utilizing the e-learning management system.

Assist in writing and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree highly preferred.

Five to ten years of related maintenance experience.

Previous experience in training is essential.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have direct reports.
