DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Make repairs requiring skills such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical. Responsible for maintenance of light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, replacing sheetrock/plastering/painting walls, repair exit/office/bathroom doors and replacing ceiling/floor tiles.
