DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of facility. Make repairs such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and some electrical. Responsible for preventative maintenance of heating/cooling and domestic water systems. Receive and store deliveries of maintenance/office supplies. Lifting of boxes and moving furniture as needed.
