Maintenance Worker III - City of Austin : Job Details

Facility Management Minimum Qualifications Education and/or Equivalent Experience: Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus three (3) years of building maintenance and construction work, including heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems. Relevant work experience may substitute for the education up to the maximum of four (4) years. Licenses or Certifications: Texas Class C Operators License. Physical Requirements: Moderate. Tasks involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, or using a force equal to lifting up to fifty (50) pounds. Notes to Applicants This position will respond to general maintenance work orders not limited to, but including patching, replacing ceiling tiles, moving office furniture, repairing amenities, painting, and light bulb replacement.
