Responsibilities •Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures and electrical wiring to make sure they're operating efficiently and make any needed repairs •Manage other maintenance requests as required •Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs •Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made Qualifications •Skills and abilities to accomplish tasks •Well-rounded individual, good work ethic, team player, works independently, friendly, punctual, follows instructions written and verbal •Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures •Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic •At least 2 years of maintenance experience •Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent •Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests
