Responsibilities •Clean and repair vacant units during turnovers to rent to new residents •Work on special Maintenance Projects to keep the facilities running well •Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they're operating efficiently and make any needed repairs •Take additional maintenance requests as assigned •Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed Qualifications •Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends •Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures •Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail •At least 2 years of maintenance experience
