Maintenance worker - Dixie Shell Homes of America : Job Details

We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our maintenance manager and crew
• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Maintain all landscaping at our locations
• Maintain a clean and a safe workspace
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Previous experience in maintenance and/or landscaping
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Work well with others
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work outdoors in the elements
• Ability to multitask
