Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is preferred.1st shift, Monday - FridayBase rate $19.80. Pay rate based upon experience.RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or a trade school graduate
• 6+ years of experience in general maintenance or a building trade may be considered in place of a trade school diploma.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Possess a current, valid driver's license.
• Complete required background checks.
