DescriptionWhat You'll Do:
- Inspects, repairs, troubleshoots and installs equipment relative to maintenance functions.
- Oversees contractors to ensure contract fulfillment.
- Performs building inspections and creates reports based on findings.
- Performs administrative duties including but not limited to creating, assigning and closing work assignments using CMMS software, creating spreadsheets and reports for maintaining an inventory of tools and supplies.
- Performs building repairs including drywall, paint, ceiling tile, door and door hardware, as well as plumbing repairs to faucets, sinks, urinals, toilets, drains and valves.
- Performs exterior repairs to include, but not limited to irrigation, signs, fence, and vinyl siding.
- Accomplish duties as scheduled and follow-up to ensure completion.
- Perform quality of work to meet credit union expectations and industry standards.
- Oversees vehicle maintenance program and ensures maintenance is complete and documented.
- Conducts maintenance tasks in a timely manner and adheres to strict safety standards and procedures.
- Supports and/or acts as Facility Manager when required.
- Assists in mail room operations when required.
- Works weekends and non-standard hours in support of renovations and projects.
- Responds to calls, texts and e-mails after hours when prompted; communicates with other staff members to ensure issues are being worked or resolved.
- Orchestrates office moves, cubicle reconfigurations and movement of office furniture.
- Demonstrates teamwork by exhibiting the following: contributing to team effort, initiative, dependability, positive attitude, good attendance, tact, and diplomacy.

RequirementsWhat You Need To Succeed: (qualifications/experience/certifications, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- 2 years progressive experience in general facilities repair and preventative maintenance to include electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, HVAC and painting.
- Basic computer skills
