Maintenance Worker - Yellowhammer Investment Group : Job Details

Responsibilities: • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they're operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed Qualifications: • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • High school diploma/GED or equivalent • Over 2 years of maintenance experience • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
