Maintenance Worker - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 2022; Ability to operate and regulate boiler plant equipment and make adjustments as required for plant output. - Maintains maximum boiler efficiency by adjusting, reading, and interpreting gauges, indicators, and steam flow meters. - Inspect safety devices daily, running tests and reporting any unusual situations - Maintain required records on boiler/plant efficiency, water treatment, oil/chemical consumption, including leakage monitoring - Maintain and operate air compressors and refrigerant dryers responsible for providing the plant with compressed air. - Be responsible for monitoring and responding to wastewater alarms. - Be responsible for boiler water treatment programs and conduct water sample tests - Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and preventative maintenance programs. - Perform minor pipe repairs - Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, written orders, control gauges, manufacturer's operating instructions books, and to record boiler ...Maintenance Worker, Maintenance, Worker, Monitoring, Property Management, Staffing, Boiler
