In this role, you will be responsible for repairs, cleaning, and material handling, ensuring that our facilities are functional and well-maintained. You will rotate between the Steel Center and Corporate Office locations, working primarily Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the Steel Center, and Tuesday and Thursday at the Corporate Office.You will conduct plumbing and electrical maintenance, monitor cleanliness in facility bathrooms, and maintain supplies needed for janitorial tasks. Your skills in inspecting and troubleshooting equipment will be vital, as you'll also develop maintenance schedules based on historical needs and keep detailed records of all tasks performed.Additionally, you will assist material handlers with packaging and ensure production areas remain organized and clean.
