Job Description The college is seeking part time seasonal Physical Plant maintenance staff. High school and college students are encouraged to apply, minimum 18 years of age. Employment dates are flexible to accommodate potential student spring and fall semester dates. This announcement is to maintain a pool of qualified applicants. - Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience or willingness to perform construction, maintenance, manual outdoor labor encouraged
- Must be able to work from a lift, scaffold, or ladder
- Must be able to carry and lift 75lbsM
- Must be able to walk, climb stairs, stand, bend, and squat
- Must work in all outdoor seasonal conditions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform general maintenance General carpentry work Road repair Painting assignments Grounds work Pressure washing Moving heavy materials Assisting trade professionals, etc. Perform all other duties on campus facilities and property as assigned by the Assistant Director of the Physical Plant.
