Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Major Account Relationship Executive 1. If you have a passion for sales, a knack for building lasting relationships, and a desire to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.As a Major Account Relationship Executive, you'll be accountable for generating renewal sales in the large group market (50+), ASO group, life, and ancillary product lines; Maintaining high persistency rates and provide top-notch service to our valued clients; Providing timely and professional service to enrolled group, non-group, and ancillary product subscribers; and Suggesting insights to management on customer needs, competitive activity, and market conditions.As part of our BCBSWY team, you will collaborate closely with our sales team, agents, brokers, and consultants to achieve retention goals.
