The City of Topeka s Public Works department is seeking a Management Analyst to join its Business Services team. The Management Analyst is responsible for conducting Geographic Information System (GIS) studies and evaluations, designing systems and procedures, and streamlining asset management collection and updates. This position will focus on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and deep learning for extracting information from aerial imagery. What you'll do: Utilize AI deep learning techniques to analyze and extract data from aerial images, enhancing geospatial insights and decision-making. Maintain an accurate database of signs, trees, poles and other related City-owned assets. Conduct quality control and data verification.
