MAXISIQ is seeking Journeyman Management Analysts to support the U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) in executing rapid prototyping efforts and delivering advanced combat capabilities. Analyze organizational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting with implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This is a full-time position located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD with work anticipated to begin in mid-December 2024 upon award.

Duties involved in this role:

Clearance Requirement: Active or current Secret level clearance minimum.

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.

Experience: 4-8 years of experience in organizational analysis, project management, and supporting business operations, preferably within a government or defense environment.

• Proven ability to analyze organizational processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Experience contributing to successful project implementations, including assisting with project management tasks, developing action plans, and tracking progress.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to support operational changes and process improvements.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Lean) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Prior experience working with the U.S. Army or other military organizations is highly desired.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other related certifications are a plus.
