About the Program: Our client's Management Training Program is designed to equip you with the tools and mentorship needed for success. Over approximately 18 months, you will gain hands-on experience in various facets of the company, including:

  • Warehouse Operations
  • Logistics
  • Account Management
  • Business Development
  • Purchasing
  • Operations Management

In addition to practical training, you will also participate in online coursework related to Solar PV, Business Development, and Management, further enhancing your product knowledge and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn supply chain management in the solar industry
  • Understand company operations and business philosophy
  • Regular check-ins with Mentors & Training Managers
  • Master logistics processes such as shipping, receiving, freight claims, and inventory management
  • Develop relationships with solar product manufacturers
  • Engage in pricing and availability discussions with team, customers, and vendors
  • Assist customers in staying organized and informed about their forecasting needs
  • Continuously learn and train in solar technology to provide expert advice to customers
  • Offer insights into purchasing decisions based on customer relationships

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Recent College Graduate
  • Bachelors Degree (preferably in Business)
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to relocate within the West Division during or after the Training Program
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for process improvement
  • Interest in critical thinking and solving complex problems
  • Self-starter who enjoys wearing multiple hats

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00
