The Manager, Supply Management, Americas will be responsible for leading and developing the supply management team and planning processes. This includes overseeing supply plans, Jumbo availability in the chain, balancing short & mid term coating capacity & demand, managing Jumbo inventory and coordinating stock optimization in the entire supply chain in the region. If yes, take the opportunity - Krzysztof Kwiatos, Supply Management DirectorWhat you will do Lead the regional supply management team, developing their competences and securing the appropriate resourcing , ensuring adherence to business needs, safety and quality standardsDrive and lead the supply management including supply & production planning of finished goods, product replenishment processes from plants to terminals & warehouses and KPI'sLead the inventory management processes of finished goods, coordinate stock optimization programs and processes in entire supply chainIdentify inefficiencies in the supply chain service processes of products from production up to delivery and collaborate with other functions to drive product service improvementDrive supply chain processes, reviews and data analysis to identify improvement requirements and drive their implementation in collaboration with development teamEnsure all supply management activities comply with relevant laws and regulationsWho you are You have a university degree with minimum 5 years of managerial experience in supply planning management in a global environmentYou have experience in leading teams on-site and remotelyYou have communication, collaboration, relationship building and influencing others capabilitiesYou are able to assimilate information from multiple sources while maintaining focus on a broad range of detailed informationYou have highly developed analytical skills and proactive approach in managing potential supply chain disruptionsYou have result-driven way of working and out-of-the-box thinking capabilitiesYou have great business acumen and understanding, strategic thinking, strategy development and implementation capabilitiesYou have experience in working with multiple ERP and analytical toolsYou have long term process and tools development focusYou have experience in leading Sales and Operations Planning processYou have experience in S&OP and S&OE processes and scenario planningThis is what we offer to you A meaningful job - We have an inspiring purpose 'We create a future beyond fossils.
