**Title:** Manager Billing and Collections - Home Care

**Facility:** BayCare Home Care Largo

**Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for the daily management of the Billing, Collection, Document Tracking/Retrieval and Scanning Teams.

+ Responsible for the ongoing communication with the Home Health offices regarding billing and collection trends, physician document issues, process review and changes, as needed.

+ This position requires staying current on all new Medicare billing/reimbursement changes as well as developing new workflow and processes needed to maintain existing KPl's.

**Education:**

+ Required - High School or Equivalent

+ Preferred - Associates in related field

**Experience:**

+ Required - 5 years billing or collections

**Location:** Largo, FL

**Status:** Full Time, Exempt: Yes

**Shift Hours:** 8:30AM - 5:30PM
