Job Summary: The Manager Business Operations Acclaim will serve as a resource in financial and operational analysis to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency. The Manager will provide analytical support for administrative, financial, operational and strategic objectives for the division, service line leaders and providers. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:
Supervises staff to include coaching, counseling, preparing, disciplining, and administering departmental performance evaluations. Provides analytical support for managers, directors, executives, and clinical leadership. Builds and maintains operational reports for Acclaim, working with end-users to design, create, document, manage, and fulfill requests for production reports. Compiles and manipulates data with the expectation of transforming into logical, defensible, presentable, and actionable information. Assists in the design, development, and implementation of operational and informational process improvement to move Acclaim closer to organizational top quartile performance. Develops, implements, and maintains front-end presentation (dashboards) and automated report solutions to support operational and administrative needs of the Department. Supports preparation and distribution of monthly dashboards to review the performance of the department, including key performance indicators, benchmarks, metrics, revenue, and operational goals. Assists in budget planning and management. Creates and fosters a culture of customer service within the department to better serve all stakeholders. Supports compliance with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. Works with outside vendors as needed to support departmental goals and objectives. Acts as a resource with information and supporting initiatives related to continual improvement of financial and operational results. Identifies resources as necessary and restructures work processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Demonstrates ownership and accountability for project results, resolving any issues and solving problems throughout project life cycle. Partners with stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing. Creates a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed; determine how results will be measured. Tracks and reports project milestones and provides timely status reports to organizational leaders. Communicates expectations to team members and stakeholders, acts as a mediator coach and motivates project team members on a proactive basis to foster the cohesive functioning of the interdisciplinary team. Completes a post-project evaluation to determine how well results are achieved. Performs other job-related duties as needed by the department. Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, Accounting or related field of study. 2 plus years of experience as a financial/operational analyst. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications:
