Manager will collaborate with business development, clinical supervisors, ISD, informatics, clinics, and providers, to provide workflow, centralized in basket support, and Epic support while utilizing clinical knowledge, background, and expertise while onboarding newly acquired and de-novo practices to the network, new providers onboarding to the network, and/or providing centralized in basket support. Manager will advise clinical/operational leadership team on best practices for new providers, clinic onboarding, centralized in basket support and management, and ongoing support. Build, develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:1. Monitors time and attendance activity of all teammates, records information in personnel records, notifies immediate supervisor of trends, and enforces policies, procedures, and protocols.2. Responsible for hiring, developing, and evaluating employee performance.3. Ensures all teammates are provided adequate training and training needs are addressed in a prompt, accurate manner.4. Performs annual performance evaluations to support employee growth and development. If needed, establish action plans to address deficiencies as needed.5. Leads one of the clinical growth teams which includes the onboarding and optimization team or centralized in basket team to ensure support across the network is successful and productive. Promote the growth of team members through ongoing feedback, support, and mentoring.6. Develops, leads, and identifies the methods for a strategic vision as well as implementing solid and effective workflows throughout a newly acquired clinic and throughout the centralized in basket team by using clinical knowledge, background, and expertise. Incorporate Epic efficiencies, and efficient throughput, and share best practices for scanning, referrals, in basket, and ordering throughout the created processes based on clinical knowledge and expertise.7. Builds the tools needed to foster the success of the team, tracks improvements and data, collaborates with business development, clinics, practice managers, providers, informatics, to build relationships with newly acquired clinics, new providers, and established clinics.8. Ensure clinical onboarding, and centralized in basket support is a key feature for clinics and providers. Ensure new providers and clinics are supported through the onboarding and centralized in basket process with Epic workflows to include but are not limited to: template support, preference lists, Epic efficiencies, in basket, and ongoing improvements and sustainment.9. Maintain Epic knowledge and keep current with changes and upgrades to provide accurate and relevant information to clinics, and providers, and teammates.10. Provide workflow support include, but not limited to: in basket front desk, clinical staff, providers, scanning, referrals, and workqueue. This includes identifying areas of improvement needed to ensure a smooth transition from a legacy workflow to a UNCPN supported workflow prior to onboarding and during clinic/provider integration.Other InformationOther information:Education Requirements:- Associate Degree, LPN, ASN or BSN.Licensure/Certification Requirements:- LPN or RN preferred but not required.Professional Experience Requirements:- Three to five years of ambulatory clinical or business experience required.Epic experience preferred.Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:- - Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
