**Overview of Job Function:**
The Manager, Corporate FP&A will be responsible for overseeing financial support for the various business units within the Administrative Office Group (AOG) of Verint. Areas of focus include financial reporting and analysis of global results for the AOG business units, preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly financial results to relevant budget owners, coordination with AOG business units and accounting teams, preparation and management of key quarterly financial documentation and processes, and key performance metrics reporting. This position will also be responsible for direct supervision of two financial analysts.
**Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the preparation of required quarterly presentations of financial results and KPI's for the Chief Administrative Officer.
+ Serve as primary FP&A contact for AOG function Senior Leaders, including management of annual budget and periodic forecast process for each function.
+ Drive financial analysis and forecasting which includes analysis of actual financial and operational results at individual budget level and regular meetings with budget owners to discuss results.
+ Evaluate areas for process improvement and manage the implementation of those improvements.
+ Assist with evaluating operations and financial modeling to support strategic goals.
+ Manage completion of monthly and quarterly close processes pertaining to AOG organization results.
+ Manage processing and reporting for all Capitalized Labor across AOG global functions.
+ Serve as a key finance contact for special IT enhancement projects related to business simplification and automation.
+ Manage two full-time financial analysts.
+ Complete various ad hoc analyses as required.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance or the equivalent years of work experience
+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or accounting
+ Minimum of 4 years of progressive management experience
+ Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
+ Effective at interacting with a range of audiences including Senior Leaders
+ Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communications abilities
+ Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and work effectively in a matrix environment to solicit support and resolve conflicts
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret and analyze data which will be reported to multiple internal sources
+ Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
**Preferred Requirements:**
+ Experience with Oracle and Hyperion
+ An advanced degree in a related field
