SummaryThe Manager of Employee Relations plays a critical role in promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with our company values of integrity, kindness, collaboration, delivering on our promises, and engaging passionately. This key leadership position is responsible for managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, developing and implementing employee relations strategies and programs, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees across the organization. By fostering a culture that embraces PosiGen values, the Senior Employee Relations Manager contributes to the success and growth of our company while ensuring a supportive and engaging work experience for all team members.Essential Job Functions
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employment laws, policies, and best practices to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies, programs, and initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with HR and legal partners to ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending appropriate actions.
- Create and deliver training and development programs to enhance managers' and employees' understanding of employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management and employee development.
- Partner with HR and other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employee relations matters, staying current with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local requirements.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally and discreetly.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
