Manages the day to day operations of the store. Demonstrates leadership qualities to co-workers. Adheres to department procedures and policies. Supports co-workers in customer relations, and resolution of problems. Ability to resolve personnel issues in a manner consistent with Mercy Health Services. With the assistance of the director, develop a marketing plan to stimulate sales. Utilize strong background in retail management and customer service to meet the needs of customers. Assist the customer in eyeglass selection and prescription analysis. Responsible for the store's financials including accounts payable, patient accounts receivable, billing, collection, and P&L management. Responsible for all third-party processes and contracts. Oversee all bookkeeping functions. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
