We are seeking a skilled Cisco Wireless Engineer to review, redesign, and implement innovative wireless solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wireless network engineering, particularly with Cisco technologies, and will play a critical role in ensuring optimal wireless network performance, security, and reliability. Core Competencies and Skills: Cisco Wireless Technologies

• Deep understanding of Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs), Access Points (Client), and associated technologies (e.g., RF management, mobility, security).

Wireless Protocols

• Proficiency in IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and Wi-Fi Alliance certifications (e.g., Wi-Fi CERTIFIED).

Network Design and Implementation

• Ability to design, plan, and implement complex wireless networks, including site surveys, RF planning, and AP placement.

Troubleshooting and Optimization

• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving wireless network issues, optimizing performance (e.g., RF interference, channel utilization, roaming), and ensuring high availability.

Security
