Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.The Manager Information Technology will be leading the Finance, Tax and Invoicing service tower.Service towers are meant to provide our internal customers end to end process support. We strive to increase profitable growth, eliminate non-value added activities and consolidate existing applications for reduced cost with a better customer experience.This position is accountable for:
  • Working with key Director/Stakeholders/GES to develop the 1-3 and 3-5 year roadmap.
  • Deliver projects or system functionality (value) aligned with the quarterly PI events.
  • Manage and mentor 6-10 Solar employees including:
    • Product Owners
    • Solution Architects
    • Business Analysts
    • Developers
    • Oversee an international team of 10-15 that includes functional as well as technical resources.
    • Manage a budget of $1-$3M.
    • Oversee capital expenditures of $1M.
    • Oversee a portfolio of 20 applications.
    • Negotiate software contracts to limit cost increases and maximize Solar value.
    • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity and SOX procedures.
    • Support internal and external audits as they relate to the department.The successful candidate will have:
      • Strong leadership skills.
      • A demonstrated track record of delivering results.
      • Experience working with corporate finance teams to deliver IT solutions.
      • Experience with ERP LN, Baan 5C, Hyperion, Vertex and/or Amalto.Summary Pay Range: $140,964.00 - $211,446.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
