The Manager IT Enterprise Office Technology is responsible for managing enterprise office technology including software, infrastructure, and services for Pharmavites office environment. The manager will oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and communication. This includes responsibility for leading and managing Pharmavite's Microsoft platforms and vendor relationships. The manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of employees.

* Provides management and leadership to direct reports as well as maintaining the values and leadership standards of Pharmavite.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership in office technology solutions analysis, design, development, and implementations across corporate and manufacturing operations.
* Collaborate directly with stakeholders and managers to evaluate and prioritize the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and communication.
* Manage and implement the plans, designs, and development of all aspects of office tools, systems, and technologies to meet Pharmavite requirements for performance, security, and compliance.
* Develop multi-year technology plans for office technology solutions taking into consideration business required outcomes and alignment, key technology integration points and constraints, new versions, and application end-of-life. Identify future state architectures and partner with technology peers to set direction.
* Provide key input into Microsoft EA multi-year agreements. Present strategies to senior leaders, peers, and staff.
* Lead strategic management direction of Microsoft product by working with business partners, IT business solutions, infrastructure, security team and Microsoft to achieve an effective user experience and realization of the full value of Microsoft products.
* Design and maintain a governance structure that defines objectives and metrics to support effective use of Microsoft products. Maintaining alignment with users through various community activities.
* Manage the delivery of all aspects of office technology solutions that are at the appropriate sophistication level and lifecycle necessary for the company. Solutions will have clear linkages between technology and business performance strategies.
* Lead the team by example and set direction through collaboration, engagement, and individual accountability. Foster collaboration by building strong relationships and seamlessly working within the team on solutions that transform and add value.
* Ensure technology meets the most critical business needs, exploits strategic advantage where possible. Ensure that all functional initiatives conform to departmental standards. Where systems are deficient, plan and implement changes to bring systems into conformance.
* Manage the delivery of solutions that are at the appropriate sophistication level and lifecycle necessary for the company. Solutions will have clear linkages between technology, software solutions and business performance strategies.
* Manage and plan the activities of assigned staff, service providers and/or user personnel engaged in the implementation and maintenance of information systems which provide competitive advantages for Pharmavite.
* Function as technical consultant to provide independent perspective with managerial courage that can challenge partners to think creatively and drive appropriate solutions.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Require a four (4) year college or university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
* Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and other MS certifications a plus.
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise office technology solutions with expertise in project management and leading inter-organization change to increase efficiency through implementation of technology.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading Enterprise Office Technology Teams in a manufacturing/ preferred consumer-packaged goods environment.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft product environments including configuration, administration, and security of Microsoft Tenants
* Incumbent may have direct supervisory responsibility of highly technical staff.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Strong understanding of enterprise office technology with deep understanding of the Microsoft Eco-system.
* Proven history of success as an enterprise office solutions leader with ability to support a technology organization in a complex, highly customer-focused environment.
* Experience in IT office solution design and solutions implementation with extensive experience with Microsoft 365 products.
* Experience with enterprise office technology collaboration and communication tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, Slack, Zoom, etc.
* Application development experience in Microsoft low-code platforms Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI. Experience developing on UiPath a plus.
* Experience applying innovation and analytical skills, with business process analysis.
* Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 products inclusive of work productivity and collaboration applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, and application development platforms.
* Strategic thinking and able to think long-term and see the big picture. Set goals, create plans, and align development efforts with organizational objectives.
* Strong business acumen and able to understand business context while understanding financial and risk impacts and able to make informed decisions around projects and priorities.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity and digital threats, with good grasp of fundamental cybersecurity principles.
* Expert critical thinking skills with ability to listen to the issues, identify problems, and develop plans for resolving.
* Strong capabilities in project management, leading inter-organization change to increase efficiency by the implementation of technology.
* Capability in selecting and partnering with external partners on technology development and ongoing support. Expertise leading and managing external vendor assignments and relationships.
* Proven ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team to produce quality work in the development of solutions.
* Ability to work independently and direct others on setting goals, priorities, and work activities in alignment with department strategies.
* Knowledge and experience with organizational change management technique is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.

Annual Pay Range
$154,058.00 - $231,138.00
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
