Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Lifesciences Commercial Analytics
We are looking for a manager who would be responsible for leading commercial analytics projects for a life sciences account. He will be responsible for working directly with clients and the offshore team delivering end-to-end commercial analytics projects.
Responsibilities
- Has worked extensively in the life sciences analytics space with hands on experience in LSH domain under consulting analytics
- Lead complex analytics and consulting projects related to sales and marketing for a large US based pharmaceutical manufacturer
- Liaison with client to understand complex business problem and define solution
- Good understanding of Pharma commercial data sets like DDD, NPA, NSP, APLD, Rx, Call activity etc.,
- Strong understanding of Salesforce hierarchy, alignment, and data specially IMS/ IQVIA datasets
- Wide knowledge on specialty pharmacy data, patient journey, custom patient, etc., to derive patient centric analytics
- Demonstrated experience with pharma commercial analytics processes like Reporting, Field force analytics - Call planning, territory alignment, goal setting, incentive compensation, Segmentation etc.,
- Evaluating pharma data assets from various data providers to ensure the quality, relevance, and suitability of the data for pharmaceutical research, development, and commercial purposes
- Demonstrated Analytics operations including brand launch support, brand positioning, customer segmentation, patient analytics, market mix modeling, campaign effectiveness measurement and competitive analysis, Omni channel etc.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify target audiences, optimize messaging and channels, and make data-driven marketing decisions
- Proficient in managed care data such as claims, provider, formulary, utilization and quality/performance data
- Build PoVs, help structure POCs, is client front-ending, is a story-boarder, can respond to RFP/RFIs
- Conducting exploratory data analysis and data mining to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as research and development, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Adaptability to onshore-offshore working model for better collaboration, effective communication, Continuous improvement, and optimization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment, as well as the ability to work independently. Ability to work effectively with people of many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
- Strong technical skills in Databricks and Pyspark, SQL

- Bachelor's or master's degree in science with focus on quantitative sciences, MBA

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
