- Oversee a wide variety of communications initiatives designed to enhance the organization's visibility in the community, ensuring consistent messaging and branding. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.
- Oversee digital management systems, including social media platforms and websites. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.
- Develop and execute social and digital media growth strategy with experience in paid digital advertising platforms including OTT, connected tv, paid search, analytics, Google ads and SEO. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.
- Create comprehensive digital media reports for leadership. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.
- Create content via digital distribution platforms and maintain a social media content calendar to achieve the highest level of impact and return including content for social media, website and e-newsletters. Oversee budget spend for these areas. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.
- Work with external vendors to execute digital ad buys, websites, and apps. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.
- Monitor and track emerging digital media trends to ensure content and social media strategies and offerings remain current with advancements in platforms and responsive to audience content preferences. This duty is performed as needed, about 5% of the time.
- Perform graphic design and content creation for multiple digital platforms. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.
- Maintain Google My Business, Apple Map locations and Yelp! Locations. This duty is performed monthly.
- Work constructively with colleagues in a creative, collaborative, cross departmental/cross project environment. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.
- Participate in Goodwill Industries of Arkansas' fundraising and marketing activities as needed. This duty is performed as needed.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. This duty is performed as needed.
QualificationsEXPERIENCE
- Proficient in graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite. Thoroughly familiar with all major social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and planning skills.
- Must possess strong writing and editing skills.
- Photography and videography a plus
- Ability to handle and oversee several projects at once and work in a quick-paced environment.
EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, journalism or equivalent field plus five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
