About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and dynamic Multi-Location Medical Spa Manager to oversee operations at two of our prestigious locations in the New York area. This role demands exceptional leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the capacity to maintain consistent service excellence across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency while ensuring each location maintains The Aethos high standard of patient care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Location Management:
- Coordinate operations between two locations, ensuring consistent service quality and brand standards
- Develop and implement standardized processes across both facilities
- Travel between locations to maintain physical presence and oversight
- Create and manage coverage schedules to ensure appropriate staffing at both sites
Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead teams across both locations, fostering a unified company culture
- Implement cross-training programs to ensure staff flexibility between locations
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations at both sites
- Develop location-specific and company-wide training initiatives
- Manage a combined team of administrative staff, aestheticians, nurses, and support personnel
Operational Excellence:
- Optimize scheduling and resource allocation across both locations
- Establish efficient inventory management systems that work across multiple sites
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and upgrades for both facilities
- Implement standardized operating procedures while accounting for location-specific needs
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for both locations
Patient Experience & Revenue Growth:
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences from appointment booking to post-treatment follow-up.
- Ensure consistent patient experience standards across both locations
- Develop and implement patient retention strategies
- Monitor and analyze patient feedback from both locations to identify improvement opportunities
- Create and execute marketing initiatives specific to each location's demographic
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities between locations
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with medical and aesthetic professionals to maintain a patient-centric approach to services.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure consistent compliance with medical and safety regulations across both facilities
- Maintain updated documentation and licensing requirements for each location
- Coordinate with medical directors to ensure adherence to clinical protocols
- Implement and monitor quality control measures at both sites

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a management role, preferably within the medical aesthetics, healthcare, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics procedures, terminology, and safety protocols
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using technology, including practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
