You Will:
The Revenue Office leads membership, merchandising, licensing, product sales, and other revenue streams, which in turn fund both Girl Scouts of the USA programming and administration and local council revenue. The teams in this division include membership strategy, e-commerce, operations, retail, licensing, and the famous Girl Scout Cookie Program and work closely with all the other communities to bring products to market for our Girl Scouts and to the public. The Membership team drives sustainable membership growth focused on reaching new families and retaining current Girl Scout families. The team also collaborates closely with local Girl Scout councils, external vendors, sponsors, and external agencies.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Membership is an Individual Contributor who will work on behalf of the Girl Scout Movement to support the implementation of the Membership Strategy. They will assist the Sr. Director of Membership to test, create, and roll out new products and recruitment strategies that target different types of customers including girls, their parents/caregivers, and other supporters that increase the organizations impact and revenue goals. This role is dynamic, fast paced, and covers a broad range of issues impacting the competitive advantage of Girl Scouts in the marketplace.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
The Individual Contributor or Manager of 1, has significant expertise and may have responsibility for projects or processes.
5 years prior experience in a management or staff position with responsibility over multidisciplinary functions; especially in strategy implementation, management consultation and nonprofit management
Exceptional interpersonal skills with emphasis on building partnerships and developing relationships at all levels of the organization; including with Girl Scout councils
Strong leadership qualities and significant influence skills with the ability to gain credibility with team members and senior management
Analytic skills with an eye toward organization and movement-wide strategy
Exceptional project management and execution skills
High level of platform and presentation skills with demonstrated experience in making substantive presentations to varied internal and external audiences
Ability to consult to leadership throughout the movement on aligning local council business strategies with the Movements desired strategies
Excellent written and oral communications skills and understanding of systems, organizational culture and organizational change; demonstrated proficiency and experience in customer service with high standards of timeliness and responsiveness
Demonstrated experience working in a highly collaborative environment where teamwork, collegiality and self-motivation were necessary for success
Ability to manage multiple work priorities among competing needs, comfort with a changing work environment
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Office 365 or similar suites
Competency in PowerPoint or similar presentation software
Competency in Microsoft Excel or similar software
Competency in Salesforce or other similar CRM software
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (i.e., degrees, certifications)
Degree or Equivalent Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Years of Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years experience in a management or staff position with responsibility over multidisciplinary functions; especially in strategy implementation, management consultation and nonprofit management.

Salary Range: $61,000 - $85,000
This represents the present low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday with a 35 hour per week schedule. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
